OMAHA, Neb. — After a heated hearing last week, the Omaha City Council passed two new amendments. City council members spent much of the discussion Tuesday addressing concerns from last week's meeting regarding the code of conduct and changes to the Home Rule Charter. Ultimately, both items passed with a 6-1 vote.
